• Account information: email address and display name when you sign up.
• Location data: the GPS coordinates you choose when placing a memory on the map. We never track your location in the background.
• Photos: images you voluntarily attach to memories, stored securely in our cloud storage.
• Memory content: titles and text you write inside memories.
• Push notification tokens: to deliver real-time updates when someone in your circle adds or edits a memory.

• To provide and sync the Momentos experience across your circles.
• To send push notifications about activity in your shared space.
• To authenticate your account and keep it secure.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

All data is stored on Supabase infrastructure, which uses industry-standard encryption at rest and in transit. Access to your memories is restricted to you and the members of your circles through row-level security policies.

Your data is shared only with the members of circles you create or join within the app. We do not share your data with any other users or third parties, except as required by law.

Your data is retained for as long as your account exists. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at the address below.

You have the right to access, correct, or delete any personal data we hold about you. To exercise these rights, contact us at me@juanrdbo.com.

Momentos is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13 years of age.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via the app or email. Continued use of Momentos after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
